Kiki  is always on the look out for furry Instagram friends( brand representatives) to show off her latest creations. If you are interested in showcasing Kiki B. Designs on your Instagram account please contact us.

WHO CAN BE A BRAND REPRESENTATIVE?

To be part of our  program, we ask that you:

  • Have an active, public Instagram account for your dog with at least 650. followers and 3+ posts per week.
  • Follow us on Instagram @kikibdesigns.
  • Must have an engagement rate of 1-3 percent.
  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Take quality photos that align with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Read and agree with our Brand Representative Agreement.

 Kiki loves accounts who are already fans of the brand: either existing customers and/or engaged with us on social media!

*We have no minimum order mandates however to qualify for the holiday and birthday surprise we do ask that our ambassadors have a history of purchases within that calendar year. 

Although there is no minimum buy purchases for launches each ambassador is reviewed annually and if there has been zero purchases by the year end there will be removal from the program. However we understand life gets hectic so can always reapply when ready!

 Programs Terms and Conditions

You will be notified within 7 days if your account is approved. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Brand Representative Agreement.

Requirements:

Reps will receive a unique discount code to share via social media. Please note that we will only evaluate ambassadors with an active, public Instagram account. Dog accounts only please! You must be 18 years old or older to qualify.

Payment:

Reps earn a  15% off discount code  on all sales made using their unique discount code. We reserve the right to reverse codes due to returns, order cancellations, disputed or fraudulent orders. There will be no commission on purchases you make using your own unique code.

Discount codes will be issued on the 4th of each month for sales made the month prior. For example discount codes earned the month of August will be issued on September 4th.

Program Rules:

Reps are strictly prohibited from sharing discount codes on coupon sites. Any rep whose code is found on a coupon site will immediately be terminated from the program and all pending commissions will be rescinded.

Kiki B. Designs reserves the right to suspend or remove representatives at any time, without warning.

 Promotion of Endorsed Products:

You agree to use your best efforts to promote the Endorsed Products in a manner consistent with its authorized use and as outlined on product labels. Approved channels for promotion include 1) your own website or blog; 2) emails to friends and family (no spam); and 3) Facebook,Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.


Prohibited Content:

Reps agree that they will not post content on any platform, as determined by Kiki B Designs in its sole discretion, that:

  • is pornographic, sexually explicit or suggestive, or contains profanity or nudity;
  • is unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group;
  • promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
  • promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
  • is obscene or offensive, or endorses any form of hate or hate group;
  • defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or entities;
  • communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will;
  • violates any law.


 Intellectual Property:

Reps acknowledges and hereby agrees to grant Kiki B. Designs  the unlimited and unencumbered use of any and all work product developed by reps in conjunction with the performance of services for Kiki B. Designs.  Work product includes but is not limited to all social media posts, pictures, images, videos, recordings, taglines, hashtags, posts, commentary, and designs.    

a. Except where prohibited by law or regulation, reps grants Kiki B. Designs permission to use representatives name(pet name), Social Media Platform account name, photograph (including, but not limited to, Social Media Platform account profile photo), voice and/or other likeness,  in all media now known or hereafter discovered (including, without limitation, on The Kiki B. Design website and via social media)


b. Reps are not authorized to use any copyrighted content from any other companies to promote Kiki B. Designs.

Kiki B. Designs  will not be responsible for any disputes involving the unauthorized use of any other company's intellectual property.  

Term and Termination:

The effective date of this agreement is August 4th, 2023.  The term of this agreement is one (1) year from the effective date.  This agreement will automatically renew at the end of each term for successive one (1) year terms unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the relevant term.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
