Returns and Exchanges
How Do I return?
- Contact us using our contact form.
- Enter your order number,name and reason for return.
- Include name of item or items you would like to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- Must be within seven days of the date of delivery.
- In unused and resellable condition.
What items are non-refundable/returnable?
- Gift cards.
- Gift/promotion items.
The item I received is damaged!
Kiki wants you to be satisfied with your order. Kiki B. Designs stands behind the quality of every handmade item produced. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right. Our number one priority are happy human and furry customers!
Please reach out to us within seven days of the delivered date. We will send you a prepaid label to exchange the damaged item.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Refund to store credit (if applicable).
Can the items be exchanged?
Does an item not quite fit how you expected it would? It happens! This is why we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved and the item is received , the replaced item will be shipped to you.
For domestic exchanges we do not charge to ship an exchange item to you.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship back products please refer to the email received after placing the return/exchange request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
