What makes handmade products unique?
Handmade products are unique in the fact that no two pieces will be alike. As they are handmade there will always be a variation of some sort.
What is so great about snap closures?
After a rather scary incident I had with my cat and a therapeutic collar that did not have easy break away abilities I have only used break away items since.
Snap closures allows your furry baby the ability to break free from any "ruff" situation they may find themselves in.
Why does curved neck ensure a better fit?
One issue I have always had with Kiki was that bandanas would bunch around her neck. If it wasnt bunching then I would find myself having to roll it a few times as the straight-line neck was too high and the more active she became the more unrolled it would get.
The curved neck is just that, a curve design that fits nicely around your fur babies neck ensuring a more realistic fit.
What is Kiki Kouture?
Kiki Kouture Bandana's feature trim for the pup who likes extra pizzazz.
Sizing of XL and up needs to be special ordered. You can request a special order on our special order contact page.
Trim or no trim?
Keeping the trim on your item is a personal decision. If you feel your fur baby may eat the trim more than wear it then you may want to go with our non trim option.
***Please be sure to never allow your pup to wear bandanas unsupervised whether they have trim or not. ***
Do you do custom orders?
Whether you would like different trim, to send in fabric to have a special bandana made or you are looking for a unique piece for your pup, use the contact form to make your request.
How do I care for my Kiki B. Designs products?
We recommend hand wash only in cold water.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Kiki B. Designs is a one dog and human assistant show. Production takes up to 3-5 business days (business days are M-F). Kiki Kouture pieces can take up to 3-10 business days.
Once production is finished your item will be promptly mailed out to you. Mailing transit times are typically as followed:
Domestic orders: 3-5 days.
International: 10-20 days.

What if my products have not arrived?
If your package does not show up within 15 days of when it was supposed to we will issue a replacement and if your item is not able to be replaced we will offer you a store credit or refund to your payment method.
Tracking must show that the item was not delivered.
How to ensure pup safety?
Please be sure to only allow your pup to wear bandanas with or without trim while under human supervision.
