SIZING

Our fur babies come in a variety of shapes and sizes. We're here to help you find the best size for your furry friend. Here are a few tips:

• Always measure before you buy. 
• Use the size chart for reference while ordering.
• If you're still not sure, send us a message via the contact form or send an email to kikibdesignstudio@gmail.com. Please provide the specific item that you're interested in as well as the applicable measurements of your dog. Providing a photo may be helpful. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping through USPS on all domestic orders of $30.00 and over. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most packages require 2-5 days of transit time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping from the United States Postal Service. With USPS, once packages arrive in the destination country, they are handled by the local carrier in that country. All orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment.  We also offer DHL service, which is fast and trackable. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
